Merchandise Associate Position

We are in search of highly motivated, team players to join our DUFL team who will support the DUFL mission by utilizing their retail expertise and merchandising know-how, while performing warehouse functions efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

•Receiving, handling and managing inventory of merchandise in a timely organized manner.

•Accurate tracking and documentation of inventory using tracking and communication tools.

•Actively work with garments, including merchandising, to maximize photo display and ensure garment presentation meets visual standards in accordance with expectation.

•Manage the flow of garments; stocking and restocking as needed for orders.

•Folding garments manually and/or using industrial folding machine.

•Load/unload trucks, and operate warehouse equipment safely.

•Monitor inventory levels and situations that could impact customer service.

•Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety.

Skills:

•Previous Retail Experience Preferred, but not required.

•2+ years warehouse or retail operation with receiving, inventory, stocking.

•High School Degree or equivalent.

•Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

•Must be comfortable multi-tasking and versatile.

•Expert packing skills.

•Positive attitude and a cooperative nature.

•Ability to maintain positive relationship and continually strive to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

•The ability to learn to safely operate material-handling equipment.

•Knowledge of, apply, and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment.

•The ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. throughout the work day.
