The Senior Analyst will provide direct-support services to the financial sector business-information and communications operations hub. Responsible for providing a superior level of service resulting from documented past experience in the Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Intelligence (INTEL), and/or Customer-Service Call Center arena. Qualifications

Provide documented history of:
  • Three years’ experience functioning in the crisis management, emergency response, emergency communications area (or related fields)
  • Three years’ experience functioning in a lead role in the crisis management, emergency response, emergency communications area (or related fields)
  • Three years’ experience in a corporate (or similar) work environment o Three years’ experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Notifind, or comparable content management systems
  • Ability to achieve multiple objectives with critical or short suspense dates (multi-task)
  • Ability to organize, coordinate and execute assigned administrative support tasking
  • Ability to compose, write and deliver pertinent analytical information products
Possess a proven record of success associated with the ability to:
  • Demonstrate the aptitude necessary to achieve the established goals and objectives of a large, complex organization
  • Achieve specific and measurable results in a fast-paced, work environment o Work effectively and efficiently in a high-stress operations environment
  • Deliver a work-product representative of attention to detail, focus and problem-solving
  • Use Web technologies in communications/marketing fields effectively (proficiency)
  • Understand and accomplish the Incident Management principles, ICS methodology (100, 200, 700 and 800) and Business Continuity process-flow
Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history and pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessments, interviews, past employment verification, and a personality profile (behavioral assessment).

Education

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

• Four-year college degree in emergency response/crisis management field (or equivalent previous work experience)

• Possess and maintain any/all licenses, certifications, certificates required by law
