Auto Spa is hiring an Experienced Car Wash Manager for our Full Service Car Wash in Naples, FL.
Starting compensation is $65K-$80K+ with a base salary of $50,000 and a monthly Bonus Plan.
Car Wash Manager must develop and maintain a staff of assistant managers, sales supervisors, and production employees to focus on continuous improvement of customer service. The goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality services and products available, in a friendly environment, at a fair price, and in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities include:
Customer satisfaction:
• Directing management
• Directing employees
• Customer service
Increase bottom line revenues:
• Conduct training meetings
• Motivating the salespeople
• Scheduling and spacing the extra service detail
• Personnel / Human resources
• Monitor the wash process
Developing skills:
• Working on the line
• Working on the equipment
• Office work
• Facility Upkeep and Repair
You'll receive:
