Taziki’s Mediterranean Café combines a made-from-scratch approach with healthy ingredients to deliver culinary driven dishes. We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic and dependable kitchen-oriented team member, possessing a strong work ethic with a passion for food to represent our brand to the public at our Chesterfield store located on Hull Street Rd.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Line Positions: (Salad Table, Grill, Roll-up and Expo), Prep and Dishwasher

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and efficiency
• Preparing food in a made-from-scratch kitchen before and after service periods
• Understanding and proper use of recipe and order screens
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
• Shift side work to include opening and closing duties

REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Previous cooking experience preferred
• Proper knife skills
• Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment
• Ability to handle multiple orders in a timely manner
• Must handle food safely when prepping and cooking
• Follow procedures and recipes on food items
• Retain menu and product knowledge
• Proper personal hygiene
• Maintain Health Department Standards throughout shift
• Professional attitude and respect of coworkers, establishment, and the brand
