Job Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:

* Develop a strategic content plan and robust editorial calendar and for the social media/digital platforms

* Develop story ideas, write content and edit copy for weekly social media posts and other marketing communication needs

* Curate assets and content (both written and visual)

* Post planned content according to approved calendar

* Foster two-way dialogue with consumers through day-to-day monitoring of social channels and responding to questions and comments on behalf of the brand

* Coordinate and execute logistics of photography/video shoots for social media purposes

* Partner with various teams (Graphic Design, Strategy, Culinary, Operations, outside contributors/vendors, etc.) to ensure that our social media/digital presence supports key business objectives

* Monitor emerging social media tools, trends and applications

* Create monthly recap reports utilizing analytics data from social media platforms and other available data sources

* Create specific strategies for easier and effective execution of projects

* Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management

* Assist Brand Manager with other marketing communication and ad hoc projects as necessary

* Assist General Manager with other operational needs where applicable


Qualifications & Required Experience

* Proven working experience in social media marketing, community management, marketing communications or as a digital media specialist. 2-3 years of professional experience preferred

* Excellent writing, editing, proofreading (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

* Strong social media / digital knowledge with an understanding and passion for emerging digital trends and technologies

* Demonstrable social networking experience, production and social analytics tools knowledge

* Adequate knowledge of web design, CRM, SEM and SEO

* Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

* Knowledge of graphic design software and tools, including: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

* Familiarity with photography is preferred

* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

* Fluency in English

* BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations is preferred
