Busy Internal Medicine Practice seeks Medical Assistant/LPN to work with medical providers. Must have previous experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine practice.
Position is responsible for:
- Rooming Patients
- Obtaining Vital Signs including Blood Pressure, Temp, Height/Weight
- Giving injections
- Charting in Electronic Medical Record
- Triaging Patient Phone Calls
- Procedures including Ear Lavage, EKG, VAT testing. Assisting Physician (Provider) as needed
Position Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Computer Skills (Preferably experience with EMR/EHR)
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Ability to function well in a fast paced environment
