Business Analyst - Full-time

As a vital member of the Kenmore team on the Amazon account, the Business Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support for Kenmore's growing wholesale business with Amazon.com and other external customers. Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to gather, manipulate, and analyze data, generating insights that facilitate an effective decision making processes in various functional areas (i.e. Pricing, Assortment Management, Demand Planning, Marketing, Operations, ... etc). We are looking for candidates who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, taking charge of projects, driving them to completion and delivering results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build excel models and prepare periodic reports to support effective decision making in business processes such as pricing and assortment management.
• Identify business trends and make recommendations for action by analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Prepares recommendations for financial business cases and presentations for senior management.
• Leads small groups of individuals in support of specific initiatives.
