A. Graduate of state-approved school ofnursing and currently licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse inNorth Dakota.

B. One year experience as an LPN in anursing home, hospital or developmental disability provider setting.

C. Currentvalid driver's license.

D. Abilityto update and maintain records according to standards.

Ability to plan, organize and facilitate effectivecommunication through clear speaking and writing.
