Job Description
To provide efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean, professional top quality bar.
Responsibilities
* To properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift.
* Operate and Maintain Service bar.
* Up-selling and suggestive selling when order taking. Clearly and knowledgeable explain the specialty drinks and what they consist of.
* Assist the Over Look Bar and Lounge when needed or requested by management.
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data.
* Ability to focus attention on details.
* Ensure proper payment from all departing guest.
* Timely and with accuracy follow all closing procedures.
* Completes other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
* Must have 1 year experience as a Bartender in a upscale Bar and Lounge.
* Must be able to work required schedule.
