As part of Siemens Customer Services and the launch of Share360, the successful candidate will advise and assist customers on using Siemens portfolio, tools and services, help drive efficiency and effectiveness in customer-led Healthcare Technology Management (In House, Biomedical, or Clinical Engineering) processes, including improving quality while reducing cost.
Required Qualifications:
* Imaging service credentials with a certification in Biomedical Engineering or related field
* 8-10 years of combined technical and administrative experience in a healthcare setting working with multiple stakeholders.
* Working knowledge of current trends in healthcare technology management, including imaging, laboratory diagnostics, and biomedical services.
* Knowledge of healthcare technology service management, budgeting process, training plans, strategy planning, and financial planning
* Engagement management, project/program management and/or consulting experience in a performance improvement environment is preferred
* Demonstrate an applied understanding of analytics and workflow optimization
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
* Degree in a related business, management, communications, finance or healthcare field
* LEAN Six Sigma certification
* Experience building a successful HTM program from a management perspective (Manager or Director level)
Responsibilities:
* Assist solutions architect in sales support interactions for Share360 and coordinate follow-on consulting activities as requested/quoted.
* Analyze customers' business requirements, including clinical, operational and financial, as well as technical training competency, processes, and departmental strategic roadmap/enabling objectives.
* Manage customer engagements: including project initiation, on-site interviews/observations, data review and analysis, outcomes driven project report.
* Conduct status checks with customer and team to assess progress against plan and timeline, to successfully meet the goals of the engagement. Prepare status reports on all project activities.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
* Travel required -- 70%
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written
* Understanding of changing business model of hospitals and how Healthcare Technology Management can support that change
* Understanding of how technology service (medical, IT, etc.) enables strategy and requirements for the successful servicing of that technology
* Ability to lead teams and task forces; project management experience
