Requirements
ActivCare Bressi Ranch is currently hiring an experienced maintenance director.
Duties include but are not limited to:
*Supervising housekeepers, janitors and laundry staff
*Maintaining a budget and processing purchase orders
*Ensuring that all daily, weekly and annual preventative maintenance is being completed
*Have working knowledge of an Assisted Living community, technical skills as well as managerial duties
This is a working position. There are times when you will be needed in housekeeping, laundry and the janitorial department.
The position is full-time, salaried including a bonus program and health insurance.
