Pay Range is between $10.50-$12 per hour based on certification, experience, and shift. A bonus of $1/hour per pay period can be earned by achieving excellence in care including: approving shifts, showing up on time, not calling off after approving shifts and following procedures.

* Must meet State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant.
* One year experience
* Have a high school diploma/GED
* Be able to pass a background check
* Pass a drug test
* Current TB test or willing to obtain
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to carry out directions, read and write
* Participate in physical activity.
* Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
* Heavy lifting.
* Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
Additional Information
Responsibilities:
* Providing grooming, dressing guidance, light housekeeping and assisting clients in the use of toilet facilities, including bed pans.
* Provide incidental transportation for client which may include visits to doctor appointments, friends, family members, or stores.
* May remind client of medications and assist clients with self-administration of medications.
* Record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior or appearance to supervisor or Case Coordinator.
* Assist clients in and out of bed, excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless trained and documented as competent.
* Assist with prescribed exercises when the client and the aide have been instructed by the appropriate health professional.
* Documenting services delivered in accordance with FirstLight Home Care policies and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned
