Inside Sales- Customer Service Representative (West Houston)
Automation Personnel Services in West Houston is seeking qualified candidates for an Inside Sale- Customer Service Rep. Position that we have available.
Compensation: Pay Rate Depending on Experience $12.00-$14.00 Plus Monthly Commission base on Sales performance
Monday- Friday 8: 00 AM- 5: 00 PM Saturday 8: 00 AM- 2: 00 PM on a rotating schedule
Key Duties:
Making Outbound Calls to Customers, thanking them for their purchase, why they didn t purchase, feeding information back to managers, and solving customer problems
Take customer call and SELL/UP SELL parts
Handle walk-in customers
Some administrative duties; filing, product returns, warranties, inventory control, ect.
Required Attributes:
Outgoing personality with excellent verbal communications skills
Great phone voice and ability to SELL/gather information
Must be able to work some Saturdays
Ability to work on a phone/computer for 8+ hours
Ability to learn key product information
Type 30+wpm
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Reliable transportation
Desired Attributes:
Ability to navigate various software programs
Prior Automotive (phone sales) experience
Ability to solve inventory issues
Knowledge of Auto products.
Drug Screen and Background required.
