We are currently hiring for two full time Accounts Manager with exceptional customer service and sales skills. As the Accounts Manager, you will work to generate new business, secure new accounts, and serve customers. 


Responsibilities Include:


Sales

  • Outbound phone calls, emails, and networking events
  • Responsbile for genereating leads by being out in the community, meeting face to face with companies to assess their business needs
  • Responsible for meeting with current clients to grow and enhance their experience 

 

Administrative

  • Document 100% of calls in the company specific automated system
  • Schedule future calls and action steps to keep prospects and clients in the sales pipeline

Customer Service

  • Research accounts and focus on prospect’s needs to ensure a successful business partnership is created
  • Build repport with current and prospect clients to grow business and bring in new accounts
  • Ensure product knowledge in order to give educated information on the types of services and products that would best meet the clients needs 
 Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent 

Experience and Skills Requirements:
  • Customer Service experience, minimum 1-2 years, 3+ preferred
  • Basic Sales/Marketing experience including outside sales experience, 2 years minimum
  • Able to maintain a valid state driver’s license and travel (within the Albuquerque and surrounding areas) on a daily basis
  • Organized and able to be self-managed; working unsupervised inside and outside
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer and technology savvy


Work Schedule:  Full time schedule is approximately 40-45 hours/week. Regular office hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm however the Account Manager has increased flexibility to manage his/her schedule. Some weekend and special event hours may be required.

Compensation: Compensation consists of a base salary ($35-$60K, DOE) plus earned commission after evaluation period. 

We are currently recruiting for TWO specific OUTSIDE SALES positions with two different companies: 

1)  With a local restaurant chain as a Catering Outside Sales Representative - will operate a company vehicle, office based out of Albuquerque but will conduct business to business sales in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe. Hospitality industry and outside sales experience preferred

2) A local Construction supply company is hiring an Outside Sales Rep to travel throughout Albuquerque but also responsible for traveling throughout the entire state of New Mexico. Construction sales experience preferred, or similar industry.
