Job Duties & Requirements:
- Client retention and service calls to existing customers
- Educating existing and prospective clients on product specifications, capabilities, and value
- Ability to make genuine connections with clients and prospects primarily through over-the-phone contacts and follow up calls
- Self-motivated and self-directed personality to achieve weekly sales goal of 3 product sales per week (approximately 20 sales calls per day)
- Complete documentation of all calls in sales force software
- Excellent phone, computer, and communication skills
- Self-confident and capable of communicating with a variety of individuals (i.e. business owners, law enforcement representatives, school administrators/superintendents, and government employees)
- Genuine enthusiasm for a product that saves people’s lives
- Desire for career growth and business development to possibly include attending trade shows, networking events, industry specific trainings etc.
This is a full-time career position with regular work hours Monday-Friday. Base pay rate is commensurate with experience but will start around $13-$16/hr with the ability to earn commission bonuses after completing training period.
