Title: Roll Model/Team Member Reports to: Assistant Managers/General ManagersRoll Model Job Description:We are seeking fun, intelligent, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our unique team as Roll Models/Team Members! We are now hiring full-time and part-time team members starting at $10/hour. This is an entry-level opportunity with no previous experience required! All you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, high volume, team-oriented environment! Roll Models are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sushi burritos and bowls, while maintaining sanitation standards. Duties and Responsibilities:* Makes fast, accurate and consistent sushi burritos and bowls* Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures* Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restrooms, etc.* Greets customers and takes orders - operates cash register - collects payment form customer and makes change.* Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets* Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity* Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the BLK MKT EATS Dress Code* Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments* Performs other related duties as required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus - we'll teach you the rest!* Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment* Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities* Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work a variety of shifts* Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality* If in a customer contact position, must be able to communicate, read and write the English language fluently and clearly.* Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.Title: Delivery Driver1.
