Leasing Agent - South Parc Apartments - Full-time / Part-time

South Parc at Bethany Village is searching for a F/T ( scheduled Friday - Tuesday) professional and driven leasing agent for our apartment communities. The right candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and personable. 

The Responsibilities

• Lease-up
• Leading Tours of our properties
• Collecting rent
• Providing assistance to residents
• Clerical work
• Other duties as directed by the community manager

The Qualifications

• Preferred familiarity with leasing programs such as Yardi, Amsi, On-site, or Property Solutions
• Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in lease-up or sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and handle constant interruptions
• Must be highly organized and pay attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally
• Outstanding customer service attitude
• Must be able to work with little or no direction
