Memory Care Coordinator

Laurel Parc in Bethany Village is searching for a Memory Care Coordinator to serve the residents of our beautiful, newly-built facility. 

The Responsibilities

·         Direct, supervise and implement resident care systems, including Incident and Accident management and investigations, Electronic medical records, and Resident assessments and service plans

·         Assure resident care and service meets acceptable standards and follows best practices

·         Create and maintain appropriate staffing schedules to meet resident needs

·         Assure proper documentation meets standards of practice

·         Communicate resident care needs with RN, physicians and other health care providers

·         Coordinate and communicate resident care needs with residents and their families

·         Assist in covering necessary shifts in emergency situations

The Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         1-2 years supervisory experience

·         Ability to anticipate staffing needs

·         Ability to handle constant interruptions and multi-tasking

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Outstanding customer service
