Working in a start up environment as an HR Coordinator.
Conduct and coordinate interviews and filter candidates for open positions.


Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.


Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.


Post jobs to appropriate job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist and company website.


Screen candidate resumes and job applications.

Requirements

Must have 2 plus years of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant within a start up environment preferred. Open to other industries. College grad a must.
