Purpose and Scope: To assistant in the design and development of the Women's Women's Knits PFS Key Responsibilities:Assistant on the development of woven & knit PFS productPrepare for the design presentations: assembling fabrics, garments, pictures, and cads for presentation trays for senior managementResearch trends and silhouettes via print and online resourcesInitiate technical packages and upload into PLMPrepare accurate info for hand off to Product Development and Technical DesignAttend fittings, and take detailed notes of any changesUpdating and emailing PLM trim sheets to business partnersWork w/ Graphic Designer to initiate color cads and manage seasonal statsKeep all books and files maintained and updated
Requirements:At least 2 years experience or applicable internship experiencesDesign degree from fashion schoolPhotoshop & Illustrator experience requiredMust be very computer proficientHighly motivated, energetic individualExcellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environmentAbility to recognize and react to changing work demandsOutstanding communication and follow-up skills
