SUMMARY

Assist in repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to mass-produce components or to assemble those components into a completed broadcast vehicle under supervision by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist in assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools.

* Assist in construction and installation of interior walls and compartments using materials such as steel, plywood, insulation, etc.

* Measure, cut and apply adhesive glue to carpeting to prepare for installation in vehicle.

* Installs lights and wiring.

* Operates any equipment needed to perform job.

* Ability to use various types of hand tools

* Keeps work area orderly, clean, and safe.

* Interfaces with supervisor and co-workers on issues that concern and affect them.

* Works overtime as required to meet production schedules.

* Performs related duties as needed by supervision.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* High school education or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Six month to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
