Pei Wei is looking for a Culinary Operations Manager to play an instrumental role in the next phase of our growth as we build a new Restaurant Support Office team in the Las Colinas area of Irving, TX. What you will do:
The Culinary Operations Manager serves as a subject matter expert on culinary operations and oversees Pei Wei’s testing process through to implementation. This person will be responsible for gathering information between departments, communicating all test information to the field, producing all test related training materials, developing thoughtful feedback questions, gathering operational feedback and providing recommendations prior to national implementation. This person will also coordinate and gather information for national implementation of all operational culinary initiatives.

Travel up to 20% required
Requirements
What you need:

Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 years restaurant management experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience building recipes and training content preferred
• Knowledge of software and systems such as POS, NBO, InDesign a plus
