Headway is seeking creative, outgoing, and passionate leader to join the rapidly growing ABCmouse.com mall carts team as Sales Managers. Our mall carts come equipped with multiple child-safe touchscreen monitors that allow kids and families to experience ABCmouse.com on-the-spot. The cart will be located in a high traffic area within in the mall.

As a Sales Manager, you will coach your team to reach personal and team sales targets by actively approaching children, parents, and other prospective customers while demonstrating ABCmouse.com’s award-winning curriculum.

We want you if you are a high-energy, self-starter with some management experience, outstanding interpersonal communication and relationship building skills. We do not require any previous sales experience but we do provide professional training services to ensure your success. We are currently hiring in the Orlando, FL area for The Florida Mall – 8001 S Orange Blossom Trail.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop your team members to provide outstanding customer service while delivering consistent sales results
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the ABCmouse.com product and the benefits of utilizing the web and mobile-based app
• Demonstrate the ABCmouse.com product experience to families
• Achieve personal and store team sales objectives of gaining new subscriptions from customers

What We Need from You

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated and driven by performance-based commissions
• Prior management experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish / English fluency) is a big plus
• Flexibility to work during peak selling periods

Physical Demands of Sales Managers

• Required to walk, stand, and use their hands and fingers, grasping, reaching, climbing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
• Repetitive motion of bending down, kneeling, and standing back up to talk to children
• Exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Comfortable using tablet computer to demonstrate ABCmouse.com product
• Standing for the entirety of your shift
