Account Receivable Clerk/Commercial Collections – Evaluation Hire

Job Summary: Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Commercial Collections Clerk for one of their divisions.

  • All Accounts Receivable related administrative functions
  • Contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment (commercial accounts)
  • Assisting with printing and mailing of statements
  • Reviewing account histories with customers
  • Posting payments, credit memos and adjustments
  • Filing and faxing of customer invoices and information

Location: Indianapolis, IN East

Position Type:  Evaluation Hire

 Pay:  Up to $17/hourly

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Qualifications: 

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
  • Previous telephone Collections experience
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
  • Attention to detail
