The Senior Uniforms Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient distribution and collection of all outdoor company uniforms for Canyons Village and Park City Base Area locations. In thise position, you will have a high level of contact with employees at all levels and you will lead a complex operation across both base areas.

 

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Using a guest service approach, distribute, collect, and track all employee uniforms for all Park City Mountain base areas. 
  • Supervise and schedule seasonal staff at all base area locations. 
  • Inspire, encourage, and lead team to a professional standard, while making the job fun.
  • Coordinate uniform fitting, ordering, and distribution with the pertinent departments.
  • Coordinate the care, cleaning, and mending of all uniforms.
  • Train employees on inventory program to track distribution and return of all uniforms. 
  • Track inventory, and run reports as necessary to maintain best use of inventory.
  • Coordinate new helmet distribution and tracking.
  • Work with managers to maintain optimized uniform center hours of operation, coordinating as-needed department appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional uniform center environment at all times.
  • Order, track, and coordinate POS system for employee store inventory.
  • Ensure all employees have completed the uniform acknowledgement forms.
  • Create proactive “needs” list for future uniform orders, back stock, and uniform store operations.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Must be very detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Be able to multi-task several duties at once.
  • Must be able to work independently for majority of the year.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and managers of all levels.
  • Be able to comfortably lift 35 to 40 pounds on a daily basis; will also need to bend, squat, twist, and reach frequently. 
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to move heavy rolling laundry carts and rolling racks in tight areas. 
  • Must have basic comupter and Microsoft Office Suite skills.  
  • POS experience is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to fluently communicate in English.  
  • Valid driver’s license required.  May require use of personal vehicle for uniform transport.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed. 
  • High school diploma required – College degree preferred.
