Summary of Job:

Execute all recurring audit and reporting requirements to support daily operations across all GTLC HR systems.  Write or produce queries as requested by the business to support daily business requirements.  Take primary responsibility for unemployment claims and management of the GTLC staffing guide.  Has cross functional knowledge on HR Front Office processes for training and support of team members.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute all recurring audit and reporting requirements to support daily operations across all HR systems (PeopleSoft HR, SuccessFactors, Intelex, OnBase, MS Access)
  • Oversee daily operational support to the HR and Operations Teams for Electronic Content Management Solution (OnBase by Hyland)
  • Write or produce queries as requested by the business to support daily business requirements
  • Oversee maintenance of the System-related Issues Log and ensure completion of tickets in a timely manner
  • Identify data integrity/accuracy issues and work with HRT or HRIS Coordinator to make updates/corrections
  • Training  for HR team members on query process and for existing resources for updated processes and/or refresher training sessions as needed
  • Provide accurate Staffing Guide information for forecasting season staffing and compared to previous years
  • Ensure data accuracy and direct line-of-site perspective on job codes and position codes
  • Support the seasonal compensation schedule creation and associated processes including bonus structures, seasonal inactive status processes, and various related tasks
  • Assist the HR Team with e-verify processing
  • Act as the local Payroll Coordinator back-up for coverage on days off
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years HRIS, administrative, or HR data entry experience
  • PC skills with Microsoft Office suite, including Access, Excel, Project, Word
  • Knowledge of HR Processes and Data
  • Able to sort through issues, seek input from others
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner, is punctual at work and in meetings
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust plans as needed
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system is preferred
