- Establishing and maintaining a classroom carefully curated to feature STEAM-inspired toys and teaching tools, to prepare children for elementary school and future challenges.
- Creating a community-oriented experience for our families inspiring children to be lifelong learners.
- Accessing our digital lesson planning tool to customize curriculum to meet the needs of each child and, as appropriate, introduce devices and other technology in the classroom.
- Communicating directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.

We are most interested in speaking to applicants that have:
- 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
- CDA or an Associates degree in early childhood education or related field
- Must have at least 18 qualifying college credits to meet state requirements for education
- Must be at least 18 years of age
