Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and Total Rewards registration and membership. Responsible for processing guest orders, bagging orders, wrapping sandwiches and preparing food and beverages. Accurately handles cash, credit and comp transactions. Maintains clean work area, levels of supplies and other duties at the direction of management. Responsible for maintaining all established service standards. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all work areas in the outlet. Adheres to department and company policies, as well as cashiering procedures. Relays any guest compliments and complaints to the Manager. Maintains knowledge of all menu items and other pertinent information regarding the outlet(s). Makes drinks to order in accordance with established recipes and time guidelines. Delivers product to customer in timely manner. Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with the city and state health department codes. Maintains cleanliness of counters, beverage dispensing units, merchandising display cabinets and shelves, floors and dining room tables/condiment areas. Collects all soiled equipment, mixers, pans, serving utensils, washes and restacks on shelves. Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse. Knows sanitation guidelines. Performs "station" and "side work" checks, voids checks as directed by policy and assists with administrative duties as assigned. Unloads product from carts and pallets. Operates cash register and properly settles checks as assigned. Able to handle monetary transactions with accuracy.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.

Position is located in a cigarette-smoke environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Entertainment background or restaurant experience a plus. Outstanding public relations skills and outgoing personality. Prior experience as a cashier preferred. Able to change schedule with short notice.

Is able to work in smoke filled environment, and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
