About this job
The selected candidate will be cross-trained in the kitchen, operating a flat top grill and open fryer, as well as slicing prepared meats and vegetables.
Receives cash or credit from employees in payment for goods or services and enters transaction into Infogenesis P.O.S. computer system.
Works in the kitchen, cooking food on a flat top grill and open fryer. Slices prepared meats and vegetables.
Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Builds relationships by providing a warm greeting and farewell with each transaction.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum 1 year work experience in a restaurant, either front of house or back of house
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the Employee Dining Room.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned area.
Must be able to stand for the majority of assigned shift.
Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC computers.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
