ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Supervise all cleaning and maintenance operations and department personnel during assigned shifts.
Supervise the cleaning, follow up of maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment.
Contribute and assist in the evaluation of employee performance reviews.
Provide and administer all new hire training.
Maintain key control.
Involved with the scheduling, disciplinary actions, payroll and inventory and purchasing procedures, but not solely responsible.
Accountable for follow through with dept. walk through, special cleaning projects and the maintaining of dept. cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Good communication skills
Computer applications skills
Good knowledge of cleaning procedures.
Minimum of 1 year as cleaner in EVS or equivalent.
Length of time in position to become proficient
Highly successful performance review.
SERVICE STANDARDS USED TO MEASURE A SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYEE
Effective use of training methods
Contributes in meeting budgetary department expenses
Contributes to maintaining or improving cleanliness quality standards set forth by department.
