Staffmark has a great direct hire opportunity for Call Center Help Desk Representatives at one of the country's leading providers of wireless technical support (Asurion).
NO billing, NO collections, NO general account questions! You'll assist with customer activations of their cellular devices. Get paid to do what you love all day -- provide premier customer service!
These are full-time, direct hire, call center technical support positions with extensive paid training, monthly bonus incentives, benefits (PTO / Health / Dental / Vision / 401K / Tuition Reimbursement), and the opportunity for advancement in a company with a variety of departments, jobs, and locations available.
Work Schedule/Pay Rate:
We have multiple shifts available; however you must be flexible and have open availability.
Base Pay: $13.00/hour ($14.00/hour bilingual candidates)

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED and preferred & 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to attend two-week training on a fixed schedule with no missed time.
  • Flexible to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. including weekends and holidays.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) communication skills are a plus.
