Risk Management Responsibilities
Process and track all auto related claims
Handle incoming legal requests for personnel records and subpoena documentation
Analyze Loss Runs for all lines of insurance on a monthly basis
Request & track Certificates of Insurance
Manage OCIP enrollment process and maintain tracking list
Review Subcontractors' Insurance for validity and track expiration dates
Prepare yearly Insurance Presentations with guidance of Director
Compliance Responsibilities
Handle Vetting Packages for various vendors and subcontractors
Maintain Excel Spreadsheets for Compliance tracking
Draft professional correspondence with accuracy in MS Word
Attend meetings and local industry events with Director, as needed
Review Utilization Plans for minority requirement projects
Completion of various Compliance Program Appendices
Other Responsibilities
Back-up phone coverage as needed
Organizing meetings and conference calls as required
Qualifications
5+ years experience working in similar position; construction or legal/compliance field a plus
Proficient in MS Office Suite -- Word, Excel, Outlook, Access (a plus)
Highly motivated team player
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must possess natural organizational talents and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly
