Recruiting Assistant
Looking to move up in the Recruiting and Healthcare field? Well look no further!
This Recruiting Assistant will assist in functions including recruiting, setting up interviews, and maintaining employees files.

Great opportunity with a premier healthcare company in Nashville!
Shift : 8-4:30 pm and 3 pm - 11:30 pm
Rotating weekends every third weekend.
The Recruitment Assistant will primarily be responsible for assisting in the process of filling open jobs by performing tasks such as:

Support Recruiting Assistant processes including interview scheduling and candidate tracking.
Provide help on navigating internal resources on self-service and HR technology tools.
Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner
Assist other team members, as necessary

Additionally, the Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for some or all of the following under direction of a HR Shared Services Supervisor:

Professionally and accurately respond to inquiries escalated by Tier 1 Service Representatives in a timely manner with a high level of customer service orientation and confidentiality.
Escalate in-scope, complex cases to subject matter experts (SME) with appropriate and complete documentation on work performed to date with follow-through until issue is adequately resolved.
Interact with internal (COEs, HR Field teams) and external resources (vendors) to obtain needed information to manage work to completion.
Support higher complexity/level transaction processing.

Qualifications


A completed Bachelor's degree is required


Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications and a strong technical aptitude for learning multiple systems


Experience in databases or applicant tracking systems are a plus


The ability to multi-task, complete work in determined deadlines, have detail orientation, and work independently
