Staffmark is recruiting for Direct Hire full-time Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Services Representatives located in Van Wert Ohio.
Do you like talking on the phone, have great computer skills and can speak/read Spanish/English? How would you like to get paid $15+ hr to help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving their issues as a Bilingual Customer Service Person?
Would you like to be part of a team that comes from an array of backgrounds and experiences; what unites this company is a passion for People Serving People. This company goes beyond answering questions and solving problems to provide a memorable experience and change the call center industry one customer at a time by employing Bi-lingual Customer Service Representatives!
11A-7:30PM Monday -- Friday - $15+ hr to start increase after 6 months.
This is the right job for you if you're able to:
Speak English/Spanish on the phone and use a computer
Previous clerical or data entry using various software
Answer and initiate billing calls from/to customers
Empathize and be friendly with people you've never met
Use logic and solve problems
Be part of a team
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Nice to have (but not require):
Customer service background
Understanding of a call center environment
