Job Functions:
Operate large paper baler to make 100 plus bales per day
Perform minor adjustments and repairs on a daily basis
Embrace learning how to make an old production machine function
Keep work area clean
Complete required Preventive Maintenance on machine
Complete required paperwork
Very repetitive environment
Learn how to successfully operate the Forklift and front-end loader in the performance regular duties.
Prior Experience:
Experience with any large, manually operated manufacturing equipment
Prior hydraulic or electrical experience helpful
Strong Mechanical aptitude
Prior Maintenance Experience helpful
Work Hours:
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., occasional overtime required, with occasional Saturdays as well.
Must be willing to transition to a second shift lead/baler operator should business conditions require it. The work shift will eventually be from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Pay Rate:
$12.00 to $14.00 per hour depending on experience
