A company in the Germantown area of Nashville is looking for 13 Customer Service Assistants for the Holiday Season starting Oct.16th!
Job Description
Exceptional Customer Service
pleasant attitude
conflict resolution
accuracy
Holiday support for onsite & remote managers.
Handle high volume order entry from respective manager
Verify orders for accuracy
Import gift lists
Data entry during down time
Trouble shoot client problems in a timely manner, may involve Credit and/or Customer Concern forms
File hard copy orders
Prepare daily order log
Knowledgeable of Pick Up & Delivery order process
Track FedEx packages
Create new customer set up
Other duties as assigned
Paid onsite training
Skills/Knowledge
Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
Understand day to day operation of a networked PC
Basic operational knowledge of office equipment, i.e. printer, scanner, fax machine
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Work with limited supervision
Previous customer service experience
Excellent concentration skills
Requirements
Environment
Office environment, sitting, lifting up to 5 lbs on occasion
Two story w/ elevator or stair access
Parking on or near site
Lunch, unpaid 1 hour
Open cubical
Dress
Business casual
Jeans on Friday-classy only
Excellent personal hygiene

Hours of operation: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday -- Friday
