Staffmark in partnership with Silgan Plastics in Ottawa, OH is recruiting packers and inspectors for both day and night shifts. Pay is $12/hr to $12.25/hr to start plus a perfect attendance bonus opportunity and overtime incentive bonus - EXCELLENT opportunity for full time hire after only 90 days. Once full time you will enjoy excellent benefits and pay starting out at $13.61/hr and earning $15.91/hr after only your first year. You will also enjoy medical, dental, vacation and 401k once hired full time. Silgan is a non-smoking facility!
These are fast paced positions, packaging and inspecting bottles. It is air conditioned which is nice in the summer! Must be willing to work a 2-2-3 schedule, every other weekend, but no more than 3 days in a row, which is awesomeness!
