Excellent opportunity for 2nd or 3rd shift Poly Operator
Essential Functions/Responsibilites:
* Review work order and checks that correct raw amterials are being used
*Effectively operates multiple machines in department. Prepares and installs inserts to avaoid die damage. Operates machine to minimize downtime
* Cut/trim off flash and finish frame to quality standards
* Inspect each die at the completion of run. Responsible for the proper labeling and scanning of part barcoded area after run
* Meet or exceed daily production goals
* Maintain daily PM of molding machine when required
* reports labor and materail accurately to ERP system
