Page Road Grill and Chapel Hill Restaurant Group Catering is looking for a part-time motivated and professional cook to join our team to give the best possible food and dining experience on the busiest corner of the Research Triangle Park. Using fresh and local ingredients, we strive to unlock traditional dishes and enliven them with modern sensibility.

Expectations:
-MUSTS: reliable, punctual, ability to multitask, work quickly & efficiently, excellent time management, organization and cleanliness
-valid drivers license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
-work a 25-30 hour week with flexible availability. Night and weekend availability is a plus!
-must be able to lift heavy items on a regular basis
-strong commitment to quality, service and sustainability
-enjoy working as part of a team, but also be self-motivated
-positive attitude and ability to remain composed under pressure
-innovative and creative with sound knowledge of the latest food trends
-desire to please all catering clients with attention to detail
Additional Information
Duties:
-manage day-to-day in the kitchen and oversee staff. Assisting with setting up the line, expo, proper closing duties
-assist with catering food prep
-pastry and specials prep for the restaurant
-act as On-Site Catering Chef at large events and carry out deliveries when needed
pay based on experience
