Job Summary: The Lead Distribution Center (DC) Worker is responsible for training and directing team members to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment.

- Oversees the handling of cartons and pallets throughout the DC.
- Receiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons)
- Sorting cartons onto pallets
- Loading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers)
- Position is fully responsible for providing work direction to warehouse workers
- Support the training of new associates
- Train, evaluate & communicate performance of associates
Qualifications & Competencies:
- 1+ years warehousing experience
- Supervisory or Lead experience a plus
- Ability to lead others in a positive work environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Ability to lift 75 pounds required
