Kitchen Supervisor is generally offered as part time restaurant job.  We are growing in the East Bay.  We have a locations in Fremont and Pleasanton (New in Fall 2017).

Prior experience as kitchen manaager, kitchen supervisor, shift lead, crew lead is very desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The position requires an experienced restaurant operator with 2 to 3 years of experience in full service - casual dining. You must have experience in all of the following areas: culinary, safety, sanitation, HR, facility maintenance, line cook supervision and be able to bring all of these pieces together every day in a very high paced, high customer demand environment.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook supervisor 
* Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and wait staff
* Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
* Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
* Ressponsible for food safety
