Position Purpose:
To provide support for store locations by ensuring they have all necessary products in a timely manner and in a welcoming and friendly way. This position is responsible for assisting with receiving shipments, verifying shipments for accuracy, stocking product and delivering products to stores. This person must be able to safely operate and utilize manual equipment in a fast paced work environment, identify product and correct unit of measure, understand all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Essential Functions and Activities:
* Fills requests using pick-lists and delivering products to stores so that they receive everything requested in a timely manner.
* Obtains appropriate signature confirmation of deliveries and file documents accordingly.
* Assists with receiving multiple orders verifying for accuracy and stocking products as directed.
* Responsible for inventory accuracy of product delivered to store locations and properly documenting any discrepancies to ensure accountability of all items.
* Develops professional ongoing relationships with store staff.
* Provide general airport information to traveling public as needed.
Upkeep and Cleaning:
* Ensures floors are clean and free of debris in warehouse and receiving areas.
* Stocks and Organizes work areas as needed/requested.
Basic Requirements:
* At least 1 year of general warehouse or delivery experience required.
* Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is preferred.
* May require the ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
* Experience with inventory management is preferred.
Functional Skills:
* Knowledge of basic store operations and products.
* Ability to clock in and out and manage hours worked.
Work Environment: At times, work may be performed in a confined or cramped space.
The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 55 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
