Description
Cintas Managed Solutions is currently seeking a Sprinkler Technical Specialist. This is an office position with a heavy emphasis working directly with field inspection/service technicians. Inspection deficiency validation and cost validation for the purpose of assembling a repair quotation to the customer are the primary responsibilities of the Specialist. Industry knowledge and negotiating skills are imperative. Candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented and computer literate with a basic level grasp of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. The Technical Specialist will also take a lead role in supporting our in house Customer Service Representatives with Sprinkler Issues and questions resulting from work being done in the field and/or escalated by customers or AHJ's.
Qualifications
* Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service, including answering phones and transferring calls, required
* Basic level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite to include: Word, Excel and Outlook, required
* Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes, preferred
* Minimum 10 years experience with Fire Sprinkler Systems, required
* NICET level II certification, preferred
* High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent, required
