Pay Type: Starting at up to $12/hr

Position Type: Full-Time, Daylight or Evening. Shift availability requirements are 5:30am-3:00pm or 2:00pm-Close. Training will begin in the drive thru.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be able to work full-time
  • Must be comfortable using a cash register or iPad system
  • Must be comfortable working outside
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Customer Service-Oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
  • Operating the cash register or iPad at the drive thru or front counter
  • Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
  • Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
  • Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window
  • Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, host, or working the window, cash register
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessary
