Primary Responsibility:
- Collect soiled dishes and clean them by hand as well as in the dishwasher
- Clean dishes and flatware with water in order to clear them of dirt
- Place washed dishware and flatware on drying racks & use drying cloths
- Sweep kitchen floor, take trash out & ensuring the workspace is sanitary
