We are looking for someone with a friendly and outgoing person who will connect with our guest and continuously lead, coach and inspire our team!

Our leadership will have the following responsibilities:

  • Have a passion for great, healthy food and must love people!
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given attentive, friendly and courteous service at all times. Our guests are our number one priority.
  • Uphold all safety standards and operating procedures including food and personal safety.
  • Will be responsible for recruiting, educating and developing our MidiCi Team.
  • Maintain the highest product quality and ensure all products are always available.
  • Communicate effectively with other managers, shift leaders, and our team.
  • Understands, follows and exhibits MidiCi’s policies and procedures.
  • Has the ability to schedule staff and able to maintain labor percentage.
  • Controls food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Understands how to complete ordering and inventory.
  • Has strong leadership skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Has the ability to stand/walk for 10 hours a day, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Has the ability to work calmly and effectively under high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation
