Executive Assistant

Located in East Los Angeles, CA

You are applying with Express Employment for an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant for the Foundation department in one of the top Hospitals in East Los Angeles.

Shift: Monday - Friday (8am – 5pm).     

Duration: Up to 6 months with the possibility of becoming long-term.

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Executive Assistant (East Los Angeles, CA) Job Description:

• The Executive Assistant will be working closely with the foundation of one of the top hospitals in the Los Angeles area.
• Organize board meetings for up to 50 people
• Able to keep client confidentiality as it is a hospital
• Able to answer multiple phone lines and speak to different high level executives
• Make appointments and keep track of calendar

Administrative Assistant (Montebello, CA) Job Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience a must.
• Must be open to administrative duties (tasks to help the team).
• Good, hard working attitude with reliable attendance.
• Must have previous experience in assisting a high level executive
