Job Summary:

 

The Group Sales Coordinator will work directly with the Heavenly & Kirkwood Sales Team to respond to incoming group proposals and assist with the effective tracking, measurement and reporting of group business through Delphi FDC.  The Coordinator acts as the group leader’s main contact when in-resort and assists with all aspects of group services including ticket orders, rental reporting & billing. Up-sell is a priority for all groups who need: group lift tickets, ski school, on-mountain dining, lodging, and rentals.  Coordinator will assist with group rental reporting, represent the company at group receptions, and deliver lift tickets as needed. Position is also to provide general administrative support for the group sales department.  This is a full time, seasonal position.  

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • 2-Year undergraduate degree in marketing, business, communications or related field preferred.
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience in the following software is preferred but not required: Salesforce or Delphi FDC, RPOS, LMS.
  • Minimum one to two years travel industry, hospitality, meeting planning, convention/catering and/or event coordination experience desired. Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Valid US Driver’s License and acceptable DMV record.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure while not sacrificing guest focus.
