This is an entry level, seasonal position which functions to assure that daily revenue and settlements from all Park City Food & Beverage locations and Product Sales Locations are recorded and sold appropriately. Revenue Auditors monitor areas of potential risk to the company.

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete & file revenue audit packs and keep within a specified period
  • Complete 50+ POS audits per day or as specified by supervisor
  • Adjust revenue for locations to RPOS/General Ledger through CAS entries
  • Ensure that locations are properly assembling the audit packs, and notify them of any discrepancies through Audit Points of Concern (APOC) spreadsheet
  • Help Maintain SOX compliance for Park City Food & Beverage and Product Sales locations
  • Responsible for filing and boxing audit packs, credit card receipts and vouchers.
  • Verify cashier drawers and department banks at village and on-mountain locations periodically
  • Research credit card disputes and properly corresponding to disputed cases
  • Talk to other departments with questions in regards to their cashier reports.
  • Maintain records in a neat manner in order to meet SOX requirements
  • This is a volume driven position - hours are not guaranteed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma - Required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge - Required.
  • Strong written and verbal English Language skills - Required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule - including working weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
