Responsible for building the data analytics and reporting capabilities to support the Sales Channel Team for multiple products and channels. This position is responsible for monitoring and assessing product/channel performance against the financial plan and against full potential. This position uses data driven thinking to identify opportunities (financial, performance, or channel), solve business problems, and close financial gaps. This position oversees day to day execution, and necessary scorecard creation/ production for all channels. Contributes to Channel Management strategic plan and acts the functional support arm for Channel Management across all channels.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leads and teaches a team to create reporting tools usable by key stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision making.
  • Innovates new reporting solutions that help automate current Sales Channel Data and reporting needs to create a more efficient base for the teams
  • Oversees the definition and maintenance of key sales metrics and corresponding tools
  • Oversees production of Channel Management Client facing materials
  • Oversees and produces materials for Channel Management Monthly Business Review process
  • Coordinates interdepartmental relationships with other analytics teams to further expand capability, linked tables and resource pool. i.e. Retail Services, Delivery, Online etc...
  • Leverages business acumen to produce relevant score cards to support business opportunities
  • Works with various Business Units within SHC to assist in analysis of critical performance metrics. Provides reporting systems and tools to allow for all associates to identify issues and recognize progress.
  • Focuses on improving the customer experience by monitoring CSAT performance metrics: Works with data analytics team to identify Positive Deviances in successful channels selling Home Services products (Home Warranty, Protection Agreements, Sears Protection Plans)
  • Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates.
